If you’re passionate about kayaking, paddleboarding, tubing, mountain & fat tire biking, or snowshoeing in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, we’d love to work with you. Our rental fleet in Norway, Michigan is available 7 days a week, with advanced reservations required.
When you sign up, you’ll receive your own promo code to share with your followers for 10% off all of our rental gear.
For every booking made with your promo code, you’ll earn 5% back from us as a thank you!

Create an account in our Online Portal. You’ll be prompted to create your affiliate promo code and link.
Promote To Your Followers
As a Lake & Trail Rentals affiliate, offer your guests a 10% discount on any rental from our fleet of outdoor gear. Advanced booking is required.
Share your own booking link and promo code to your guests.
Earn 5% Back
For every rental booking we receive from your promo code and link, you’ll earn a 5% commission back, paid 30 days after the completed booking.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER FOR ALL AFFILIATES
1. Relationship of Parties
You and Lake & Trail Rentals are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of Lake & Trail Rentals.
2. Legal and FTC/FCC Compliance
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship between you and Lake & Trail Rentals on all websites, social media platforms, emails, and other channels where you promote the products or services. These disclosures must comply fully with all applicable laws, including the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) guides concerning the use of endorsements and testimonials, or the equivalent consumer protection laws in your operating jurisdiction.
3. Truth in Advertising and Product Claims
You agree to make only truthful, accurate, and substantiated claims regarding Lake & Trail Rentals products or services. You shall not make any claims, warranties, or representations concerning the products or services that are not explicitly provided by Lake & Trail Rentals in writing. You are strictly prohibited from making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.
Lake & Trail Rentals may occasionally review social, website, or other messaging being shared by an affiliate. Lake & Trail Rentals reserves the right to require removal of items that are in conflict with affiliate rules, engagement, or our brand.
Lake & Trail Rentals may additionally update any part of its affiliate rules, regulations, and relationship agreements at any time without prior notice. The affiliate area of our website will always have the most recent version for your review.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lake & Trail Rentals and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Your breach of this Agreement.
Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulatory guidelines (including FTC disclosure guidelines).
Any false, misleading, or deceptive advertising material or claims created or published by you.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lake & Trail Rentals will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the affiliate program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the program will not exceed the total affiliate commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
