All rentals must be returned by 5pm CST on the agreed-upon return day to avoid being charged for another day’s rental.

For watersports activities, we recommend:
Closed-toe shoes (no flip flops or sandals)
Swimsuit
Sunscreen
Water
Change of dry clothes for after your adventure
Wet clothing storage

For a day exploring the nearby trails, we recommend:

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is here to help! We will make sure you have everything you need for your adventure.

For cancellations made seven (7) days or more before the pick-up date, customers will receive a 100% refund. minus a $5 processing fee.
For cancellations within seven (7) days of pick-up date, customers will not receive a refund. It is your responsibility. There are no exceptions to this policy so please remember to account for weather conditions, traffic, construction, etc.
There are no refunds for illness, weather, early returns or non-usage.
Individual named on the contract must be present at the time of pick-up or item(s) will not be released.
